About Brittany

Brittany Olson is a Well-Being Coach who helps people reconnect with what matters most and build lives that feel meaningful and sustainable.

During her time working in the nonprofit world and refugee resettlement, she experienced burnout firsthand — which led her to explore the science of well-being and sustainable meaningful work.

She holds a master's degree in Innovation, Human Development, and Sustainability, and an ICF-ACC coaching credential. She brings both personal experience and academic grounding to every coaching conversation.
